Shipping policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control might delay all orders. 

Delivery Times Between 10:00 – 16:00 (Working Days ONLY)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping for orders over €40. The shipping charge on orders below €39.99, will be charged with €4. 

Deliveries are made from [delivery hours] on [available days]. We will contact you via text message or a call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Orders outside of our courier’s range can be sent and picked up from the closest GAP Akis Express Pick Up Point.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. 

You will be informed about our calculated shipping rates and charges once your order is placed and once we contact our post office. 

The Parcel Service has a limit of 1gr to 30kg box. 

The Estimated Delivery is approximately 20-30 Days (This may very, due to Cyprus Post Office schedule)

How do I check the status of my order? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zoofast is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

All orders for International shipping must already be paid.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost. We will need an invoice/ proof of the order. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
